This place is incredible. The coaches are the best I've come across (from someone who has been involved in the fitness industry for a while). The training is programmed so well and has a combination of movements and classes for all different types of fitness. The feel community is amazing. Ive never felt so comfortable esp after having a baby and being so self conscious (yes there is a crèche too). I love the fact it's a mixture of cardio and strength too!

The team are amazing and always push you beyond your limits! Love the choice between turf (cardio) and rig (strength) so that I can align my workout days accordingly. Working out is so much better when the community is stronger!

The coaches technique and form along with their professionalism is on point!!! You can generally see that every single coach at Edensor Park The Yard, has a true passion for what they do!!!! I'm not joking when I say that their passion wakes them up every morning!!! I couldn't see myself training anywhere else as nothing compares or even comes close to this place and their amazing team of coaches!!!

All the trainers and members are super supportive - it’s like one big family. I absolutely love coming here - it’s never a chore and I always look forward to each and every session. I’m all the other members agree as I’ve never seen a bunch of humans so eager and happy to flog themselves everyday at 5am (myself included). Can’t wait to see all the results and gains.
